Establishing a secure communications and supply corridor between Byetown and Phredericton for the purpose of conveying VIP passengers traveling on compassionate grounds, through the Police State known as the Valley of the Shadow of Carbonated Death (Quebec) controlled by General Yin Yang and his caramel-sweet hordes.

Designed by the Chancellor and approved by Queen Moneca I in September 1994.
