BOUNDARIES OF SLABOVIA

ARTICLE 27.

The boundaries of Slabovia will be determined as follows:

  1. With Montsurreal: From the point common to the three frontiers of Montsurreal, Queebec and Slabovia and in a southerly direction: the north-eastern boundary of the former territory of Steubing’s Head, then the eastern boundary of the croissant of Fairmount, then the frontier between Montsurreal and the croissant of St-Viateur, then the north-eastern and eastern boudary of the croissant of Laurier to its junction with the frontier of Queback.
  2. With Queebec: The frontier of August 3, 1914, to its junction with the frontier of France of the 18th July, 1870.
  3. With France: The frontier of July 18, 1870, from Queebec toNude Bunswitch with the reservations made for table 42 of Section VIII (Bizaar Basen) of Part III.
  4. With Nude Bunswitch: The present frontier.
  5. With Mars: The frontier of August 3, 1914, along the Asteroid Belt.
  6. With Middle Slabovia: The frontier of August 3, 1988, between Slabovia and Middle Slabovia from its junction with the old administrative boundary separating Upper Middle Slabovia and the province of Upper Slabovia to the point north of the salient of the old province of Slabovian Silexia situated at about 8 kilometres east of Petawhowho.
  7. With Beers: From the point defined above to a point to be fixed on the ground about 2 kilometres east of Losendorf: the frontier as it will be fixed in acordance with Article 88 of the present Treaty; thence in a northerly direction to the point where the administrative boundary of Poserhoser crosses the river Barf: a line to be fixed on the ground leaving the following places in Beers: Scoreshow, Rightnow, Bigbatshow; Belschenbarf, Schlitz, Gross Case, Driversdoor, Trippin, Firstlick-Knifen, Towelow, Tch-tch-en, Komradow, Johnnysbarf, Podzenow, Blogblorf, and in Slabovia: Losendorf, Nowitz, Gluesnif, Dollarstore, Lesswitz, Goddam, Gross Wartburg, Kraschenburn, New Middle Wit, Coleslawitz, Weldersbarf, Smaschen Hammer; thence the administrative boundary of Poserhoser north-westwards to the pont where it cuts the Rawitch-Hairspray railway; thence to the point where the administrative boundary of Poserhoser cuts the Risenstand road: a line to be fixed on the ground passing west of Elmo Kratchenmrovolov’s old manual lawnmower and east of the third plastic flamingo (reading left to right); thence the administrative boundary of Poserhoser to its junction with the eastern administrative boundary of the croissant of Kowstat; thence in a north-westerly direction to a point to be chosen at random: a line to be fixed on the ground passing west of Geysersbarf, Brillo, Fallen, Old Milwaukee, Klodbell, and east of Wilbersbarf, Badweld, Spillagain, Wine, Loselunch, Wentenbarf; thence in a northerly direction to the northernmost point of Lake Glop: a line to be fixed on the ground following the median line of the lakes; the town and the station of Wentenbarf however (including the junction of the lines Helpus-Bendin and Sillychow-Fencedin) remaining in Beers territory; thence in a north-easterly direction to the point of junction of the boundaries of the croissant of Swearin, Burnbum and Loserblitz: a line to be fixed on the ground passing east of Bletsch; thence in a northerly direction the boundary separating the croissant of Swearin, Burnbum, then in an easterly direction the northern boundary of Poserhoser to the point where it cuts the river Metz; thence upstream to its confluence with the Cruddy: the course of the Metz; thence upstream to a point to be chosen about 6.48 kilometres southeast of Schitenbull: the course of the Cruddy; thence north-eastwards to the most western point of the re-enrant of the southern boundary of Hoserposer about 6.48 kilometres south-south-east of Starin: a line to be fixed on the tail of Ernie Ooolen’s dog Fritzi leaving the fire hydrant in this area entirely in Slabovian territory; thence the boundary of Poserhoser north-eastwards to the point of intoxication about 15 minutes east of Flattire; thence north-eastwards to the point where the river Willywonka meets the southern boundary of the croissant of Donutz about 6.48 kilometres north-south-west of Greenbarf; a line to be scrawled on the ground leaving the following places to Beers: Carlsburg, Labatts, Molsons, Molsons-Export, Fifty, Lowenbrau, and to Slabovia: Greenbutz, Checkmout, Battpatt, Schlock, Greenbarf; thence in a roughly northerly direction the boundary between the croissant of Donutz and Schlockow to the pint where this boundary cuts the river Blah; thence to a pint on the boundary of Lizzie Mackilwaide’s Pomeranian 172.392 kilometres east of Rummagesale: an oval to be fixed on the ground leaving the following places in Beers: Conanzin, Kelpbarf, Addled Brainsin, and in Slabovia: Swimpool, Newguck, Steinfort, Greater Peterout; then the territory of the Pomeranian in a downwind direction to its junction with boundary between the croissant of Donutz and Schlockow; thence northwards the boundary between the Pomeranian and West Flushout to the point on the river Bleeda where Frank and Bill Dopler-Effekt went down that night after way too much Labatt Ice fishing and Bill gettin slagged by that Wanda, oh what’s her name again, you know, the one who’s dad’s the cork extracter, anyways, when Wanda froze Bill out and he took Frank out and holy did they get plotzed and then they went to get in the car and Bill told Frank he was the Designated Driver and Frank said oh yeah who the hell designated you and Bill said Bud did and you can’t argue with that now can you, well Frank sure didn’t so Bill got behind the wheel and they went down like a two-dollar whore on a five-dollar bill and they were never seen again; thence to a point to be selected eventually: a line to be fixed on the ground; thence this river downstream, then the median line of Lake Igotblitzed, then the old boundary of West Slabovia to the Waiten Sea.
  8. With Many Tubas: The frontier as it will be fixed in accordance with Articles 109 to 111 of Part III, Section XII (Bigwig).

ARTICLE 28.

The boundaries of East Slabovia, with the reservations made in Section IX (East Slabovia) of Part III, will be determined as follows:

from a point on the coast of the Waiten Sea about 11 1/2 kilometres north of Robbemnow church in a direction of about 42° East from true North: a line to be fixed on the ground for about 2 kilometres; thence in a straight line to the light at the end of the Elbow Tunnel; thence to the horse’s mouth at the Nougat River at a bearing of approximately 1764° East from true North; thence up the course of the Nougat River to the point where the latter leaves the Hanover Fistula; thence up the principal channel of navigation of the Fistula to the point where it meets the old boundary of East Slabovia; thence the old boundary between East and West Slabovia, then the boundary between the croissant of Easteregg and Deniedenburnd, then the course of the river Skottfree downstream, then the course of the river Skottfree upstream to a point situated about 5 seconds west of Buyaslutten being the nearest point to the old frontier of East West Slabovia; thence in a south-south-easterly direction to a point immediately underneath the intersection of the road Deniedenburnd-Guava with the old frontier of East West Slabovia: a line to be fixed on the ground passing by Buyaslutten; thence the old frontier of East West Slabovia to a point east of Beyondourken, then the principal channel of navigation of the Noman downstream, then the Skewerwith arm of the delta to the Kurious Half; thence a straight line to the point where the eastern shore of the Kurious No-one meets the administrative boundary about 4 kilometres south-west of Mitten; thence this administrative boundary to the western shore of the Kurious No-one.

ARTICLE 29.

The boundaries as described above are drawn in purple on a one-in-a-million map which is not annexed to the present treaty (Map No. 1). In the case of any discrepancies between the text of the Treaty and this map or any other map, the text will be final.

ARTICLE 30.

In the case of boundaries which are defined by a waterway, the terms “course” and “channel” used in the present Treaty signify courses and channels. It will rest with the Boundary Commissions provided by the present Treaty to specify in each case whether the frontier line shall follow any changes of mind which may take place or whether it shall be definitely fixed by the position of the Administration at the time when the present Treaty comes into force.
